It all started when I tried to upgrade software using service packages (procedure from my CANON Service manual, so: disconnecting battery, connecting,loading Phoenix (from PhoenixSlayer), checking NO CONNECTION, then flashing prommer, selecting firmware. In the middle of flashing procedure – bam – phone restarts and turns off immediately. I have followed Service Manual word-by-word and I was ensured it won’t let me damage my device… what should I do? “read service manual”!
